Here at Midnightvale, we hold a strong belief that every role plays a key part in our Free Company's success. Therefore, we have structured our ranks in such a way where everyone can find the purpose that suits their playstyle the most, no matter where their rank falls.Everyone within <VALE> is expected to treat others with the highest level of respect and to represent our FC in the same manner, especially those in leadership. No rank is too big or small to be treated as an equal. After all, true leaders don't create followers, they create more leaders.

Vale's Ale Tavern
SIREN | EMPYRIUM | WARD 18 | PLOT 17
From the outside it looks peaceful, snug and folksy. Large stones and huge, stone beams make up most of the building's outer structure.
It's near impossible to see through the high windows, but the happiness and joy from within can be felt outside.As you enter the tavern through the old, hardwooden door, you're welcomed by overall happiness and the smell of alcohol.
The bartender is swamped in work, but still manages to welcome you with a wave.It's as lovely inside as it is on the outside. Wooden beams support the upper floor and the large candles attached to them.The tavern itself is packed. Groups belonging to some kind of organization, whether sport, music or other you're not sure of, seem to be the primary clientele here, which could be seen as a bad sign, though you're sure it's not. Several long tables are occupied by, what seems to be the entire surrounding village.You did hear rumors about this tavern, supposedly it's famous for something, but you can't remember what for.
